We may as well get this "blog" about tanks going. In Harding County I do assess the large above ground propane tanks and the anhydrous tanks. I use Marshall and Swift to help find the value.
Lake County also assesses the large propane tanks and anhydrous tanks as well as the large bulk tanks for liquid fertilizer. My first experience in court was with Mr. McPhearson and bulk propane tanks in Perkins County. I think it was in 1987. The judge made it 1 case with Perkins & Dewey and we won the case.

I have to agree with Jerry, he started assessing the tanks, I am keeping it going here in Perkins County.
